From my farming roots in Northeast Nebraska through my 40+ years in agricultural economics, I hold a deep appreciation for the the rich land and water resources of the state. As director of the UNL Nebraska Farm Real Estate Survey for 35 years, I gained a wide breadth of knowledge of agricultural industry changes and land market dynamics. It has been my privilege over the years to work directly with land owners, farmers, and agricultural real estate professionals as well as with various government agencies and policy makers. It is from this experience, that I can assess the larger real-world economic perspective and advise clients regarding their most appropriate land-related decisions.
